Tech Tip Tuesday – World Backup Day

Uh-Oh! Guess what day it is? World Backup Day brings awareness to the millions of files lost every day. There are many ways to accomplish your backup but the easiest and cheapest way is to use an online service like OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, Amazon Cloud Drive, Box, etc. Most of these solutions give you a few gigs of free storage and charge you for additional space. How are you protecting those priceless baby pictures or your Milli Vanilli Greatest Hits Album?

Tech Tip Tuesday - Capture Packets with Windows netsh

Whenever something goes wrong with your computer and you need to prove “it’s the network”, try using netsh. Sure, you could install Wireshark and the winpcap but who has time (and admin rights) for that? Netsh is already installed on on Windows 7, Server 2008 or newer Windows operating systems.
